SPM Group has been delivering Diversity and Inclusion support and advocacy for more than 30 years. We also hold the British LGBT+ Awards and the Ethnicity Awards annually to celebrate people, companies and campaigns that support minority groups. Our workhelps organisations to increase and improve employee experiences and amplifies under-represented voices, showcasing role models and their stories.

During 2023, we have opportunities for client facing consultants, as we plan to grow our membership services and launch products that tackle inequality for ethnic minorities. We’re willing to offer consultancy training to team players with astute commercialawareness and digital literacy. Most importantly, we’re seeking emotionally intelligent individuals with a passion for making a real difference for ethnic minorities in Britain.

These newly created roles may become permanent as we achieve sustainable growth. Daily responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Client Account Managers with existing and prospective clients
- Using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office to distribute training and marketing materials
- Managing busy diaries and minute-taking during client meetings
- Researching business opportunities and arranging client meetings
- Creating online resources and social media content
- Admin support for training, webinars, conference events and workshops.
