- Proven experience as an Administrator withing the construction/facilities/maintenance sectors is highly beneficial
- Experience of allocating work to tradespeople, engineers, contractors etc
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in document control and record-keeping practices.
- Familiarity with construction industry contracts and processes would be beneficail
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
