Project Support Officer

With a significant capital investment programme, we require a highly motivated Project Support Officer to join our Capital Projects Team on a Fixed Term basis (until the end of April 2024), to support the delivery of a range of construction, refurbishment, and back-log maintenance projects.

The successful applicant will have experience in supporting Capital Projects, including the co-ordination of meeting correspondence, arranging and minuting meetings, distribution of paperwork in a timely manner, administrative duties to support the Project Team, owning and updating action lists, risk registers, agenda organisation, the development of equipment lists and support of equipment procurement. Applicants are requested to demonstrate their knowledge and experience in these key areas.

We’re a large organisation with three hospitals located in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Goole. We also provide community services in North Lincolnshire. Our 6,500 members of staff care for and support a population of more than 400,000 people.
