**Whistleblowing Team Programme Support Manager**
**Glasgow**

As a Barclays Whistleblowing Team Programme Support Manager, you will support the operation and management of the whistleblowing programme. You’ll focus on producing of a range insights driven MI and to the WI team (up to and including board level). This will include working with colleagues across Regulatory Compliance to co-ordinate and ensure a consistently excellent standard of reporting and governance as well as other responsibilities for ensuring ongoing controls, including QC of whistleblowing investigations and other team procedures.

**What will you be doing?**
- Producing timely, accurate and insights driven MI for stakeholders internal and external to the Regulatory Compliance team
- Using data analytics to draw out insights and forward looking themes and trends from whistleblowing data and proactively escalate analysis
- Maintaining oversight of whistleblowing systems and data, working closely with the data visualisation experts to ensure the accuracy of metric dashboards
- Being responsible for creating MI and governance forum packs and working closely with the wider Reg Compliance team
- Supporting WI’s oversight of whistleblowing investigations, including completing QC of investigations ensuring an appropriate investigation has been performed
- Maintaining the confidentiality of whistleblowing cases ensuring appropriate controls regarding the protection of whistleblower identity are adopted
- Assisting with timely implementation of WIO strategy and priorities where relevant, including assisting in communicating key messages and updates to the global team

**What we’re looking for**:

- The ability to maintain confidentiality, possess and act with discretion at all times
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, curiosity, with an ability to challenge information and willingness to look at data in different ways
- Possess the ability to interpret information and relay this in a clear and succinct manner and be able to pitch to colleagues at the right level
- Understanding and experience of governance and controls, and knowledge of (or ability to understand) and operate within the Compliance Risk Framework

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- An ability to maintain numerous complex data sets and produce detailed and accurate reports for senior stakeholders
- Possess an ability to analyse data in order to identify themes and trends, requiring lateral thinking, prioritisation and a collaborative Mindset
- Case related tasks experience, with an exceptional attention to detail and in line with internal processes
- Experience engaging with whistleblowers and investigators, identifying and escalating potential issues in a timely manner
