Perfect Balance is a local bookkeeping business located within the premises of Timber Technology Limited based in Fleet, Hampshire. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail ensuring that our clients’ accounts are completed accurately and within the required timescale.

We have an exciting opportunity for an **Office Administrator** to join our busy team. The Office Administrator is a varied role responsible for general administrative office tasks and communication with clients for both Perfect Balance and Timber Technology.

**Hours**:25 hours per week (5 hours per day) Monday - Friday

**Pay**: £15,600 per annum

**Benefit**:Private Medical Insurance

**Location**: Fleet

**Position Summary**

The Office Administrator is a varied role responsible for general administrative office tasks and communication with clients for both Perfect Balance and Timber Technology. Some of the key responsibilities are listed below.

**Key responsibilities**
- Creating and posting social media content, interaction with social media as required
- Creating and sending monthly newsletter
- Creating and uploading monthly blog posts to websites and social media platforms
- Adding client information to in house information spreadsheets and CRM system
- Making and receiving phone calls

**Skills and Attributes**
- Confident with Mailchimp preferred but not essential
- Punctuality and good time management
- Attention to detail including grammar and spelling
- Organised and methodical
- strong ability to keep on top of workload and due dates and ensure all tasks required are completed in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, personable and professional
- Adaptable in a changing environment
- Ability to work as part of the team and independently

**Qualifications and experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15,600.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
