Due to continuous growth, an experienced Telesales Manager is needed to join the team at this leading smart home technology company based in Leeds.

They are an industry leader in smart home technology and UK’s leading installer, installing over 1000 panels a day across the UK

You will lead their established team of telesales advisors in their modern Call Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join their fast-growing company and progress your career.

**About the Role**

They are looking for a hands-on manager with a proven track record of running teams effectively to increase productivity. You will be able to use data to recognise areas for improvement and deliver training confidently. Their business has grown rapidly recently,so a Call Centre manager is necessary to maximise productivity.

**About the Company**

They are an innovative sales business specialising in renewable energy and smart home technology. They manage the full process from advertising qualifying booking and to surveying properties and installation. They invest heavily in marketing to ensure theyare speaking to the right people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Office-based role managing telesales staff to achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Build strong relationships in the team to work most effectively
- Confidently train and coach in group and individual settings
- Clearly communicate expectations
- Ensuring KPIs are upheld across the team
- Using daily reports to identify areas to upskill staff
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Keep staff informed on relevant news/articles that are relevant to the company and product
- Prepare regular reports to communicate to senior staff

**Required Experience**:

- Previous manager/team leader experience
- Previous sales experience
- Experienced in Call Centre environment
- Proven record of leading teams to success
- Great questioning and listening skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
