They are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their small but friendly and welcoming finance function, on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has experience of working in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger, and is looking for a role that can support and develop their skills further.

You will be reporting into the Group Head of Finance, and working alongside another Finance Assistant.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but not exclusive to:

- Validate and process supplier invoices/credit notes through the system using agreed processes.
- Carry out supplier account reconciliations monthly, identifying and resolving invoice discrepancies where necessary.
- Process invoices for payment by completing BACS run in line with agreed payment terms.
- Report monthly on purchase data, to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Check and process expense claim forms.
- Review systems and processes, suggesting improvements.
- General finance duties to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Experience of working in a finance team
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger and its functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
