Our client, based in central Brighton, are a leading name in the Electrical and Mechanical design industry, supporting commercial construction across the South of England.

Working on several exciting, multi-million-pound, high profile projects, their Brighton based team are looking for a Documents Administrator to provide administrative and project support to the team as their company continues growing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working experienced administrator to join the team. In return, you will join a company who believe in progression and development and will have the opportunity to make the role your own, whilst developing your skillswithin this well-regarded company.

**Responsibilities**
- Document control, utilising multiple different platforms
- Production of purchase orders
- Support with Invoice Ledger and Financial Controller
- Provide administrative support to the consultants
- Support with estimation

**Requirements**:

- Excellent accuracy and organisational skills
- Communication and friendly attitude
- Strong administration skills
- Process driven
- Familiarity with MS Office and experience working with various IT systems
- An interest in engineering/construction industries is beneficial
- A flexible approach to work

**Job Title**:Documents Administrator

**Location**:Central Brighton

**Salary**:£23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending upon experience
