**Your new role**
- Strong administrative background
- Experience using SharePoint, Outlook and MS Office suite.
- Data Entry skills
- Act as secretary to a number of university groups.
- Implement quality assurance policies and processes.
- Develop, maintain and review records and documents.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience within the administrator industry preferably including quality assurance.
- Experience of report writing.
- Experience of committee servicing.
- Ability to plan and prioritise a range of work activities.
- A practical approach to problem-solving.
- Good level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
