**Salary**:£25,000

We’ve an exciting opportunity to join TUI as a Customer Experience Airport Representative, a friendly face who our customers can depend on at the first step of their holiday.

You’ll work closely with our Customer Operations Team and ground handling agents at Bristol Airport to support our customers and ensure they have a seamless UK Airport experience.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Face to face support to our customers at Bristol airport, working on a shift basis
- Empowered with customer policy processes which will enable you to lead the decisions made
- Resolve customer issues, escalating to the Customer Experience Airport Management team for support where required
- Maintain accurate logs and detailed handovers of the daily events impacting our customers to review and offer a quick solution to the customer
- Work with the customer operations team, reviewing daily feedback to ensure we’re offering balanced based solutions with both the customer and business in mind
- Support the Airport Team Leader/Manager in the delivery of pre-agreed objectives and KPI’s

**ABOUT YOU**
- Passionate about customer service and the ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
- Representing TUI and maintaining customer service standards of the market leading brand
- A high standard of written communication with good attention to detail
- Ability to multi task, make informed and timely decisions
- Effective collaboration skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative with the confidence to escalate incidents where appropriate
- Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week including evenings & weekends
