**Research Marketing Manager**

Carter Murray have exclusively partnered with an industry leader in the Real Estate sector who are seeking an experienced Research Marketing Manager with knowledge of Brand promotion and experience managing to join the business at a critical stage in theirgrowth plans globally.

**Role Overview**

You will report to the Director, supporting on all aspects of planning, managing and co-ordinating the day-to-day operation of the company's Brand growth vision. You will be responsible for critical analysis of marketing strategies in order to continuouslypromote the company's flagship programmes, expertly supporting research outputs daily.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand the value of data - how and where it should be circulated, and who its best intended consumer would be.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management - you will adept in ensuring all businesses and colleagues involved are included and relationships are thoroughly maintained.

**Desired skills/experiences**
- Ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies where appropriate across the group.
- Strong proof-reading skills, a keen eye for detail, and an appreciation for brand values and standards.
- Communication and project management skills to influence and lead multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
- Experience managing and delivering external marketing and communications plans across multiple channels.
- Strong copywriting and presentation skills, including preparation of materials such as briefing documents and PowerPoint presentations.

**Technical Experience**:

- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge and experience of using the full Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
