Business Developer Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Europe and the UK.
This remote position suits a strategic thinker deeply familiar with the marketing industry, including research institutes, communication agencies, and direct client interactions, who thrives on building new relationships and exploring market opportunities. 
This is a client-facing role, requiring insight consultancy skills and also a commercial role – so you must enjoy both 
Your main task will be to contact all possible stakeholders in the UK who could be interested in developing marketing research studies across Europe, crafting a network of connections, and exploring different strategies.
 
You will be the CEO of your accounts and master of your own destiny, receiving support from your line manager but also enjoying a lot of autonomy.
 
You will have extensive experience in marketing research and a proven track record of managing a client base in this field, with a background in a consulting company, research institute, or communication agency (or a combination with a client-side background) and at least 5+ years’ experience. 
You must be willing to help us grow a new roster of client relationships, which will come from a combination of your network, incoming leads, and wider outreach and marketing initiatives. 
 
Strategically expand our presence in the European market, leveraging your extensive network and industry experience in the UK to catch opportunities to sell international studies. 
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through a deep understanding of market dynamics and client requirements. 
Work closely with our support team and research units to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs. 
Represent the company in industry events to enhance business growth and brand visibility. 
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. 
 
Proven experience (5+ years) in market research, with a strong background in market development or strategic sales roles. 
Excellent networking skills and a robust contact network within the research and insights industry. 
Flexibility to work remotely and coordinate with an internationally dispersed team.
