The Head of Product will lead the product management and development initiatives within the clinics business unit, focusing on delivering innovative and customer-centric healthcare solutions.
With responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to development, launch, and continuous improvement, this role will work closely with product development colleagues across Health Services, UK Insurance and our clinical innovation team to design ‘Connect Care' pathways, which is a critical part of this high profile role and influential market unit position.

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and market needs, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of innovation and user-friendliness.
- Spearheading the development of cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions, with a strong emphasis on AI and user experience (UX) design to enhance remote and in-home healthcare services.
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Working closely with the marketing team to craft compelling product narratives that add value to existing customers and attract new cohorts of customers.
- Overseeing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
- Managing product performance and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve commercial and NPS product goals.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Engaging with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to inform product decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices within the healthcare industry.
**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:
- Proven experience of product management within the healthcare sector, maximising business opportunities by adding value to the existing customer base and driving new customer growth.
- A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a user-centric approach to product development and a passion for AI and UX in healthcare technology.
- Proven experience of delivery with a large, complex organisations and matrix structures
- Proven experience of designing new product strategies and viable business proposals to meet commercial targets and drive performance
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage complex and multiple projects and timelines in timely manner.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, makes data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, across all levels within the business and external partners.
- Authentic and inspiring leadership style that inspires creative thinking and continuous improvement, with the ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams.
