HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor for our client in the educational sector. The role is a hybrid role. Reporting into the People Business Partner you will provide pragmatic, creative and business focussed People solutions and recommendationsalong with supporting wider business projects. You will also build and develop relationships with managers and staff at all levels to provide support and guidance on a range of HR matters and share best practice across different sites.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Provides support, advice and guidance to line managers and employees in relation to HR policies and procedures, employee relation issues and organisational change.
- Promotes employee engagement, analysing the data from engagement surveys and working with to proactively implement actions.
- Champions the completion of good quality annual appraisals and supports any gaps in learning needs.
- Delivers and supports the business on a wide range of HR projects.
- Advising managers on how to deal with difficult conversations and improve on soft skills.
- Identify development needs of supervisors and managers
- Analyses HR reports and drives HR KPI improvements.

**Person Specification**
- Good knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation, along with experience of working on range of employee relations aspects
- Experience of HR Information Systems
- Excellent communication skills,
- Driven to continually seek out areas for own and business improvement
- Pro-active approach to work and problem solving, and the ability to spot and deal with issues as they occur
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Valid driving license as there maybe occasional travel to a local establishment

In return you will receive a salary of between £35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience).
