Marshall Amplification plc is a well-established Company based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. An opening has arisen for a **Receptionist / Admin Assistant.**

Working as part of our HR team, the role is to provide a high quality, professional reception service both via the switchboard and face to face to all callers and visitors to the business.

Other duties will include:

- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Booking and arranging factory tours
- Fulfilling Reception sales from the Marshall online shop for visitors
- Support HR projects, including ad-hoc administration duties, i.e. mail-outs, data entry, report creation etc
- Arrange bookings for all internal and external training
- Maintain accurate records of training courses, including budget log

Self-motivation and the ability to work on own initiative is essential, along with excellent organisational skills and a proactive, confident and practical approach to work.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm, with a half hour for lunch on each day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £21,500.00 per year
