**The Role**

The role will suit someone with previous experience within a warehouse/production and or administrator role. Have an adaptable approach to your work, someone who can manage a varied and busy workload and enjoys being in a team environment.

**Daily duties will include**:

- Act as first point of contact, greet visitors and provide a professional reception service to employees and visitors
- Monitor visitor access and identification checks to maintain security awareness
- Ensure all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures
- General administration duties such as filing, data inputting, information gathering, typing reports and letters etc
- Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment/stationery in check, as well as order any necessary office supplies
- Ensure incoming and outgoing post is organised and recorded
- Be prepared to help in other areas when required
- Assist the Managing Director with bookings for travel, business event and keeping calendar up to date and other duties assigned
- Interact with colleagues to resolve important administrative matters etc
- General office admin duties
- Ability to recognize and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.

**Person Specification**:

- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent IT skills, with previous experience of MS Office
- Good administration skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be dynamic and happy to work independently, remaining focused and motivated
- Attention to detail
- Great team player

**Hours of Work: 07:45-17:15pm**

**Please note: This role requires a full time work from office presence and not suitable for flexible or work from home arrangements.**

**Free onsite parking**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
