**Job Title**

Senior Officer-Client Data Services (Jersey)

**What is the opportunity?**

You will ensure that all Client and Product data is input, controlled effectively and appropriately for purpose. You will assist with Data Remediation of the core systems and servicing of our internal business colleagues with Data Management tasks, within established deadlines and SLA’s.

**What will you do?**
- Ensure the integrity of data across and between multiple systems is maintained
- Assist with the timely completion of Data Remediation and Standardisation projects, including exceptions identified through the Data Quality Dashboards
- Assist with Data Management tasks and projects as directed by Senior Associates, Manager of the Data Management team and the Data Strategy Management tea
- Assist with the delivery and completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV) testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all issues, queries and obstacles are satisfactorily resolved to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of an appropriate control environment in line with applicable data standards, regulatory requirements and business unit procedures
- Contribute to the ongoing efficiency, innovations, process review and development of Data Management
- Assist in the rotation and remediation of daily control reports and collation of task information for MI

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Good understanding of the regulatory environment within which WMI operates
- Track record in excellent service delivery
- Ability to make fast decisions, and be willing to escalate issues
- Good understanding of the operation of various systems in use and intra
- system connections and relationships
- Wealth Management industry experience
- Ability to articulate data management requirements to other stakeholder groups and functions, e.g. Sales & Relationship Management

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with Agile working
- Knowledge/experience with Optimisation activities
