We have a fantastic opportunity to join Sulzer as our Global Resourcer working within the Chemtech division.
The Chemtech division is the global market leader in chemical processing and separation technologies. We are steering the way in ecological solutions such as bio-based chemicals, polymers and fuels, recycling technologies for têxtiles and plastic as well as carbon capture and utilization/ storage, contributing to a circular and sustainable economy.

We are going through a period of growth; this is a great time to join us on our journey working across a diverse multicultural global organisation whilst having exposure to an exciting portfolio of projects.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Advising on and implementing an effective sourcing strategy for Chemtech globally

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- 2-5 years’ experience as a researcher / Resourcer (ideally including some experience researching outside of EMEA)
- Proven experience in recruiting into engineering (ideally process engineering) sectors
- Proven experience in dealing with high-volume recruitment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performing, and client-focused environment.
- Recruitment industry and market knowledge
- Strong experience in using different sourcing methodologies successfully
- Experience using ATSs (preferably Success Factors)
- Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
