Office Assistant

Duties will include:
- Reception duties including, greeting guests, co-ordinate meeting requirements, refreshments and ordering lunches etc.
- Look after all meeting rooms, including booking and set up.
- Co-ordinate and manage team diaries, organise schedules and office bookings.
- Create and upload information onto internal our systems, and databases, and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Complete general administrative tasks including filing, and photocopying as needed
- Complete additional projects as required.
- Involved in the Community Engagement with local Schools and Colleges
- Organise any extra activities such as organising charity days or internal activities bake sales.

Salary/Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 5pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. (42.5 hours per week).
- Hourly rate dependent on experience.
- Please note these hours are not flexible and cannot be changed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £10.42-£12.50 per hour
