Lifecycle Coordinator

I am recruiting for a Lifecycle Coordinator in the Facilities Management industry.
An ideal cantidate will have previous experince in the FM industry, and be capable of supporting the lifecycle team in the provision of accurate, meaningful and relevent lifecucle plans. which aligned with the lifecycle m,odels and indiviual account models.
work along side project leads and managers to ensure that, (time, Cost, Quality) is met and fed back into the lifecycle planning.
Support the assurance team and CAFM team in the development, use and management of the processes procedures needed to maintain accurate asset inforamtion (Hard & Soft) that will further support the accuracy of the lifecycle plans and ongoing maintain obligations.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
