Overview:

**Responsibilities**:
Position: Senior accountant (12 months Fixed Term Contract for Maternity leave)

Job Responsibilities
- Process suppliers’ invoices in Oracle for Synaptics EMEA entities
- Efficiently monitor the status of pending invoices and timely communicate with counterparts to resolve AP and payment issues
- Arrange payments in HSBC for suppliers’ invoice and employee reimbursements including AMEX & Travel in accordance with Synaptics policy
- Monthly closing activities including AP accrual, review AP statement and AP account reconciliation, GL Balance Sheet Review, etc
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with the company policy and the local regulations
- Complete local statutory filings eg VAT, ONS, etc
- Ad hoc task assigned by manager

Qualifications:
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Oracle R12 experience a must
- 4+ years of AP working experience in MNC with US GAAP and local GAAP accounting
- Advanced MS-Office software especially EXCEL
- Excellent command of communicating in reading and writing English
