**Responsibilities**:

- Management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring both excellent client service and making a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the firm.
- Preparation and review of statutory accounts and financial statements.
- Providing training and mentoring to junior members of the team.
- Assisting with the management of the overall team workload, including workflow, client deadlines, and resources.
- Keeping abreast of current financial regulations and industry news to ensure clients are best informed.
- Liaising with clients and advising on accounting systems and processes.
- Collaboration with other departments, ensuring seamless client service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and tax.
- Proficiency with accounting software packages such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
