Cambridge (Hybrid working*)

£60,000 - £70,000 +Benefits

The role:
You will be part of the Compensation & Benefits team EMEA and will report into the EMEA Compensation and Benefits Associate Director. The role will be responsible for the design, management, and administration of UK and Ireland benefits as well as EMEA-widebenefit/wellbeing schemes, engagement campaigns and employee customer service.

In this role, there will be an immediate focus on driving engagement, and you’ll have the autonomy to shape and design engagement strategy and set the vision for benefits across UK & Ireland.

Employee Benefits, inc. admin and benefit queries are currently outsourced to a third-party supplier, so there will be loads of interaction with the provider. You’ll also be building key relationships with HR Business Partners, and employees across the globalorg.

What you’ll be doing:

- Review, manage and administer UK & Ireland benefits including the annual review, renewals, and day-to-day running of the UK flexible benefits platform
- Lead EMEA-wide benefit and well-being engagement including:

- Create the annual benefits and well-being engagement campaign
- EMEA-wide events management, including annual benefit and well-being days held in the UK, Netherlands, France, Belgium, and other countries
- Create an EMEA-wide benefits information portal
- Review EMEA-wide flexible benefit options
- Support the EMEA benefits team for benefits communications in other countries
- EMEA-wide well-being benefits in collaboration with the global benefits team
- Review and recommend appropriate benefit and well-being accolades across EMEA
- Review and recommend new opportunities for Genetic benefits across EMEA
- UK and Ireland benefit benchmarking and support EMEA benefit benchmarking
- Review benefit legislation across the UK & Ireland
- Act as a liaison and vendor manager for third-party wellness and retirement service providers
- Own, review & improve benefit processes where necessary
- Build relationships with key stakeholders such as the payroll teams and external providers to implement and improve administration processes

Required Experience:

- Experience working with flexible and well-being benefits would be preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated capacity to communicate benefits effectively and practically
- Experience in benefit scheme administration preferred
- Track record of effective vendor management preferred
- Ability to review, recommend and implement process improvements as necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail, highly numerate with great analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel essential
