ID Maintenance are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and organised individual, to provide administrative assistance to our health & safety department.

Responsibilities to include:

- Handling the booking of employee training courses.
- Purchasing of PPE/Workwear, tools, fixings, cleaning materials and toiletries.
- Handling the receipt and storage of purchased items.
- Managing and maintaining office stationary supplies.
- Booking of overnight accommodations for engineers.
- Hiring of access equipment and plant.
- Arrangement of vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Assistance with general office duties, such as filing and scanning of paperwork.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office & Outlook.
- Knowledge/familiarity of Sage desirable, but not a necessity as training can be given.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and record keeping.
