Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Organize and schedule appointments, ensuring effective time management.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports to our clients.
- Maintain and update the filing system to ensure easy accessibility of documents.
- Support the maintenance of office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies, research new deals and suppliers to optimize efficiency.
- Manage and update contact lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide general support and assistance to visitors in a professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as an office admin assistant in a busy environment.
- References must be provided.
- Knowledge of office equipment is desirable.
- **Willingness to learn and work diligently to acquire new necessary skill sets.**
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
