We are looking for an administrator who has worked in a Finance environment to help support the Finance Team by handling administrative tasks, post transactions to the finance system and to assist in preparation of monthly management accounts.

As a Finance Administrator for the Clipper Quba group, you will play a key role in supporting the Financial Controller to ensure deadlines are met, financial procedures followed, and tasks are completed within the Finance function of the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record financial transactions to assist in creation of monthly management accounts.
- Process payments to suppliers.
- Assist with sales and purchase ledger reconciliations.
- Bank account reconciliation for various currencies.
- Weekly reporting of relevant financial data to external financial intermediary.
- Create and process weekly margin for Quba agencies, ensuring any queries dealt with in a timely manner.
- Assist the Finance Team with preparing for the yearly financial audit..
- Answer queries and aid customers and clients as needed.

Essential Skills / Requirements:

- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Analytical and numerical abilities.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Word

Desirable Skills / Experience:

- Knowledge/Experience using SAGE 200 Accounts software.
- Previous experience in a finance environment.

Package:
We’re offering a full-time salary of £22,000 per annum, with access to a fantastic range of employee benefits:
