**Job Introduction**

This is a multi-site role within Northallerton and Bedale Branches.
**Main Responsibilities**
What you’ll do for our customers:
As a Customer Consultant,you’ll be engaging in conversations to find out our customers needs, providinginformation to customers about the full range of financial products andservices that we offer. By really listening to and getting to know ourcustomers you’llhelp them to review their circumstances and proactivelyidentify the most appropriate products to suit their needs, all the whileproviding a straightforward, helpful service that lets your enthusiasm shinethrough.
In our friendly working environment, you’ll play an important part in makingthe most of every conversation with every customer, face-to-face or over thephone. So, whether you’re promoting a new product or resolving a problem,you’ll always place our customers’needs at the heart of everything you do andprovide a first-class service every time.
This role will involve travelling between branches.
