**THE ROLE**

Being part of the newly created People and Culture function, you will report directly into the Head of People and brim with innovative ideas on how to provide the best experience for our employees. Working towards an ambitious Employee Value Proposition, you will ensure we have the ideal people ops processes to scale, while also having the opportunity to assist in exciting higher-level people projects, take on more remit and grow into a more senior role. If you are an exceptional people operations/admin whiz who is hungry to stretch and develop further, this is your role

**Responsibilities include**:

- Be the first point of contact for queries and processes relating to People Operations (for example sickness absence, holiday entitlement, probation management)
- Pro-actively manage the full employee life cycle (references, on-boarding, probation performance, employment changes such as family leave, flexible working etc., exit interviews) and ensure employee files are up to date
- Ownership of all administrative processes, for example drafting/sending letters and benefits administration
- Ensure our HRIS BambooHR records are accurate at all times and assist with ad-hoc reporting
- Assist in ad-hoc projects on the People roadmap on topics such as L&D, DEI, Mental Health, Career Progression Frameworks and benefits to name a few

- Pro-active and outgoing personality who takes pride in the accuracy of their work and executes on responsibilities diligently and reliably
- Innate one-stop customer service mindset, anticipating additional needs and questions and pre-empting them effectively to ensure we maximise each experience with the People department
- Approachable, open and trustworthy demeanour to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Ability to work autonomously, escalating queries as and when necessary
- Sound judgement and organisation skills to prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
