Are you a qualified Assistant Practitioner looking to join a team of dynamic and caring professionals?

On a monthly basis you will be offered reflective practice sessions, mandatory clinical supervision, and Line management supervision. You will also have an opportunity to actively take part in Quality improvement projects within the service. There is also opportunities to enrol in local university training programmes in medication management as well as numerous other developmental opportunities.

My name is Kirstie Harvey and I am the new Team Manager for the Youth Service. This is currently an exciting time for our team, as we develop our service to meet the needs of our young people in Norfolk.

In our service we support young people (aged 14-25 years) who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. We have enthusiastic and skilled staff who provide the support that is needed - and they are motivated to make a real difference to young people, their families and carers.

Why work for us? We have challenges as a Trust, but we have ambitious aspirations, are pushing ahead with exciting transformation work and we need dedicated individuals to support us on our journey. We have strong, established professional networks coupled with an exceptional leadership team who will ensure you are truly cared for and cared about.

Why Norfolk and Suffolk? The people here are warm and welcoming, you’ll never be far from the beautiful coastline or Broads National Park. We’re an hour and a half away from London and have an international airport in Norwich too. Our villages, towns and cities are packed full of history, independent cafes, shops and theatres. We have excellent shopping, eating out, top ranking schooling and affordable house prices too.
