We are pleased to offer the opportunity for 2 Assistant Practitioners (x1 full time 37.5 hours per week and x1 part-time time 22.5 hours per week) to join the North Norfolk and Norwich care group in the Older People's Community Mental Health Team.

Working as an Assistant Practitioner in the Older People's Community Mental Health Team, you will be working across the community in North Norfolk and Norwich.

The team are a dynamic and forward-thinking group who value the Assistant Practitioner role and will make sure there are good opportunities for the successful applicant to develop and enhance their clinical skills.

The team also respect and value the lives of the people we support and work with. They positively engage with a range of companion organisations to ensure the best support and treatment can be given to our patients.

You will work one-to-one with many patients and carers, managing your own caseload and will also be part of a team, providing group work, focusing on delivering care across a sector and working within the MDT, carrying a small supported caseload. You will have regular support and supervision from colleagues and will benefit from shadowing our other Assistant Practitioners during your induction.
