**Permanent Contract | £27,344 to £29,439 per annum (Scale G) | 37 hours per week (Part time/Job share considered) | Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North Mental Health Team, which is based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich.

You would be working alongside our key partner organisation, Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust, providing an integrated approach to assessment and care for adults with mental health needs. You will be working in a small, friendly team, alongside the Team Manager, Practice Consultant, Social Workers, Assistant Practitioners and Living Well Officers in a truly supportive environment.

You will be passionate about making a difference and ready to embrace change. A team player, you will need to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure, be well organised and able to effectively prioritise. Ideally you will have experience of working with adults with complex needs and have either experience/interest in working within the mental health field of social care. You will have experience, knowledge and commitment to strength-based assessments. The ability to travel is essential. You will be required to have knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and adopt a strength based, living well approach, some knowledge around the Mental Health Act would also be beneficial.
