**Office Administrator - Based in Corsham, Wiltshire**

We are the leader in manufacturing and fitting access ramps for disabled and elderly people in the south of England.

We work with over forty Local Authorities and Housing Associations and deal with vulnerable people daily.
- Advanced Word and Excel skills
- High level of attention to detail and time management
- Ability to understand and anticipate needs to ensure appropriate outcomes
- Ability to remain confidential and professional with sensitive people related data and information
- Pro-active, exceptionally well organised and able to prioritise, communicate and manage expectations on delivery
- Confident, professional and articulate
- Able to liaise & build relationships with people at all levels
- Flexible in approach and ‘can do’ attitude

The role:

- Answering the phone and taking enquiries. We deal with vulnerable people and local authorities, so an excellent phone manor is essential.
- Drawing up ramp plans to be sent with quotes
- Making sure contracts are signed and sent to the appropriate people
- Working closely with the office manager to ensure any issues that might arise are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Sending quotations.
- General office administration such as ordering stationary, sorting post, recording staff holiday, filing and general day-to-day problem solving.

**Office based.** **We cannot offer WFH for this role.**

**Hours**:
**Mon - Thursday 9am - 5pm**

**Fri - 9am - 3:30pm**

**We can be flexible with hours and offer a 4 day week (salary will be worked out pro rata)**

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 5 years (required)
