We provide a comprehensive range of metal cutting tooling and tool regrind services to all major manufacturing sectors including Oil and Gas, Aerospace and Automotive. PCS are part of the Rubix Group of companies.
We are busier than ever helping to keep the wheels of industry turning and we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as **Internal Sales/Expeditor.**

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
As **Internal Sales**, you will be a pivotal part of the team and its success so get ready to be in demand.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Assistant Office Manager you will effectively build and develop relationships with the customer to increase sales opportunities and maximise revenue growth.

**What we need**:
- Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues
- Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues
- Customer Service experience
- From a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background preferred but not essential
- Answering phones and responding to client request and enquiries
- Keeping track of back orders and inventory
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters
- Supporting the operational teams
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of stakeholders
- Customer Service experience
- Can excel when keeping track of back orders.
- Drafting and mailing supplier correspondence
- Supporting the operational teams
- High Attention to Detail
- Proactive and comfortable with managing own workload.
- Comfortable with changing priorities when required.
- A Positive can-do attitude
- Admin or order processing experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Manufacturing/MRO/PPE background but not essential - the most important thing for us is that you know how to deliver great service.
- Knowledge of K8 systems would be beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
