**What You’ll Be Doing**
- You’ll be joining our dynamic team as a Junior Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator, supporting our international operations in the USA, Ireland and Australia. Reporting to the International Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of supply chain, daily operations management, process improvement initiatives, and supplier management. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills in supply chain and operations management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Supply Chain**:

- Assist in forecasting demand and supporting coordination with sales and marketing teams
- Manage inventory levels and monitor stock availability
- Place orders with suppliers/vendors and assist with order fulfilment processes
- Receipt stock and maintain accurate inventory records
- ** Daily Operations Management**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as signing off invoices
- Track daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Assist in implementing improvement measures to enhance operational efficiency.
- ** Tracking**:

- Assist in monitoring quality standards and contributing to corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in tracking customer satisfaction metrics and supporting efforts to address customer concerns.
- ** Process Improvement**:

- Support in identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
- ** Cross-Market Supplier Management across Ireland, US & Australia**:

- Collaborate with third-party suppliers/vendors under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support in maintaining relationships with suppliers/vendors and addressing any issues or concerns.

**You'll be a great addition to the team if you have**:

- A strong interest in supply chain and operations management, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- A basic understanding of supply chain principles and operations management concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to collaborate and learn from others.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn supply chain management software/tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
