**Overview**

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answer customer enquiries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments, and follow up with customers in relation to their orders
- Allocate and track sales leads
- Assist the sales team with quotation and proposal preparation
- Create and process orders in a timely manner, process requests for urgent requirements, and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and ensure CRM best practice is followed
- Compile monthly sales reports
- Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns
- Some travel, mainly within UK, plus occasionally to other countries;
This list of responsibilities is not an exhaustive list of duties, and the postholder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties as discussed and directed by their Line Manager.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and understanding its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM
- Degree in Business or relevant field
