**As the Early Careers Team Coordinator, you will be**:

- Coordinating our “keep warm” initiatives, campus and marketing/attraction events - monthly newsletter, monthly webinars, in-person events
- Working closely with our marketing team to implement tasks relating to our strategy (website and social content etc.)
- Supporting the Development Partner with the coordination and logistics of our training and development initiatives across all our programmes (Apprenticeships, Work Experience and Discovery Days, Spring Insight, Summer Interns, Graduates) - managing and tracking invites, booking rooms, checking materials, updating event website, processing invoices, coordinating meet and greets, collating feedback
- Providing admin support to the Early Careers team on a variety of tasks and requests - this can include assisting with assessment centres, onboarding new providers, reporting, data management, research, etc.

- The ability to work effectively as a part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the business
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills - ability to work to deadlines
- Experience in supporting a team with administration duties
- Flexibility to support team and colleagues where needed
- Positive and proactive approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate
- Previous experience in recruitment / early careers (preferred)
- Previous experience / exposure to ATS systems (preferred)

**This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.**
