We have an opportunity for an Operations Administrator covering our South HMCTS regions here at OCS, you will be reporting to the Senior Regional Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Operational Management Team for the HMCTS Security contract.

This role is Home Based, ideally you will be near the South East or London areas as occasional travel will be required and is being offered initially on a 6 months’ fixed term contract

**Other Responsibilities will include**:

- To administer documentation, operational reports, operational trackers and HR documentation.
- Collating and submitting applicants documentation in accordance with vetting to BS7858 for new starters.
- Notetaking for HR meetings with a high level of accuracy.
- Minuting regional and team meetings, distributing and following up on required action points.
- To support the Operations Team in relation to administration matters.
- Ownership and production of Daily operational reports.
- Managing updates of KPI Performance.
- Weekly Liaison calls with operations Team.
- Daily review of Power BI data.
- Daily update of Building Intruder Alarm activation report.
- Supporting Area Managers in producing the Regional and National Performance Review Reports.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for Operational managers.

**Qualifications and Experience required**:

- Educated to GCSE Level, or relevant experience.
- Demonstrate experience of office administration, proven experience of frequent use of MS Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint).
- Manage libraries of information and records on Microsoft SharePoint (or similar).
- Experience of note taking to a high level of accuracy.
- Proven experience in producing statistical and Operational reports.
- Good communicator, with experience of producing clear written communications.
- Maintaining strict document and version control.
- Knowledge of BS7499 (static guarding security) - desirable skill
- Knowledge of BS7858 (screening of individuals working in a secure environment) - desirable skill
