Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our growing team. As an Operations Administrator at Practi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our health-tech platform. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, assisting with onboarding practices, and handling sensitive data and documentation.


What the job involves

  • Being on the front-line of our customer support operations – helping our customers to get the most out of our platform. This includes on the phone and chat support.
  • Handling and organising sensitive data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Supporting company operations, translating the company’s strategy and vision into action in close collaboration with our Operations Lead. This includes specific improvement projects as well as day-to-day operations.
  • Help facilitate a seamless user onboarding process. Assist users in completing necessary documentation and requirements for account setup.
  • Sharing insights on operational pain points and suggestions for optimising the business processes
  • Ensure that onboarding processes adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
  • Support with financial operations including managing customer payments, financial reporting and audits.
  • General Team Administrative Support- helping to organise team events and sessions where needed.


Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues and build relationships quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and documentation.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Right to Work in the UK: Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom (Citizenship, ILR, a valid work visa, etc).
  • Strong Bias to Action: Proactive and you get things done at pace
  • Data Privacy Awareness: Understanding of data protection regulations and commitment to data security.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using various software applications and platforms.
  • Some administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
