Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Organise and support internal and external training events, both in-person and virtual. Manage logistics, registration, and attendee communication to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Support virtual and live programmes to enhance client satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Maintain the day-to-day running of the business and office, including health and safety standards and stock ordering.
- CRM Management: Oversee and maintain our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Data Management: Handle data input, analysis, and reporting in compliance with GDPR legislation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Digital Support: Assist the Digital Team in creating bespoke materials for both internal and external use.
- Marketing Analysis: Monitor and analyse digital marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance using our CRM systems.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
- Office Presence: Ability to work full-time from our office location.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ICT Proficiency: Competence in information and communication technology (ICT).
- CRM Experience desirable or must be willing to learn., ideally Salesforce and Active Campaign.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with creative design tools is a plus.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
