**HR Coordinator**
Location Loughborough
Contract: Full time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Loughborough based client in the role of onsite HR Coordinator. You will operate as the first HR point of contact for all employees, providing initial support and guidance where possible and be responsible forthe efficient production and management of all HR administration.
- Experience in a comparable HR Coordinator/HR Officer role
- Solid administration skills and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to confidently deal with stakeholders at all levels
- IT literate with good experience of using Microsoft office, data entry skills and good attention to detail.
- Experience within a Manufacturing/Heavy Industry environment is advantageous
- The ability to operate in a fast paced environment

**Responsibilities to include but not limited to**:

- Processing HR data and maintaining up to date and accurate employee records within the system
- Preparing offer letters and contracts for new employees within the Group
- Dealing confidentially with sensitive, HR-related information
- Collating new employee starter forms
- Maintaining personnel records including making file notes, ensuring all relevant employee data is kept up-to-date.
- Creating and maintaining HR records
- Supporting site recruitment and selection processes from writing job adverts and liaising with recruitment agencies
- Providing first line advice and support to staff and managers

**What you will get in return**:

- £25000 - £30000 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Auto enrolment in to the government pension scheme
- Onsite parking
