We are currently looking for a Site / HR Coordinator Site / HR Co-ordinator to support our 2 UK sites in Loughborough, Leicestershire and Clitheroe, Lancashire. The role will be responsible for all HR administration activities through the employee life cycle, including absence management, flexible working requests, maternity, paternity and parental leave requests, providing references, terminations and probationary periods. This role will also be involved in talent acquisition, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews and assessment centers, working with recruitment agencies and completing offer letters and onboarding.
We are a small HR team in the UK with the support of centres of expertise in the US; we get involved in all areas within HR and no day is ever the same as we meet the needs of business
**We are looking for someone who has**:
- Experience in HR or strong administration skills who is a quick learner.
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft office and Outlook
- Ideally experience of HR Information Systems (Dayforce)

This role is office based at our site in Derby Road, Loughborough and will require travel to our Charnwood Campus location on a regular basis. We offer flexible working hours and part time working could be considered.
