We are expanding and looking to recruit a new direct-to-store Sales & Merchandising Representative to join our successful sales team based at our Depot in Pontefract, to deliver and sell our products to shops, pubs and all other parts of the leisure industry.
This is a new role, which will be focusing at the leisure industry. If you have experience in selling to, or dealing with, Pubs and Leisure Venues, this would be an advantage.
Would you like to:
✔ Join a business with 50 years sales experience
✔ Be part of an award-winning sales team
✔ Sell over 250 products to an existing customer base
✔ Represent a trusted, growing brand, with a retail sales value of £63m

**Your typical working day will include**:
Your typical working week at Bobby’s would involve:

- Delivery of automated customer orders
- Canvassing - seeking out new calls
- Maximising potential opportunities and category sales
- Merchandising / product siting / point of sale
- Increasing key account spend
- Use of handheld tablet and daily administration
- Building customer relations
- Managing product returns
- Development - merchandising and overselling on current calls
- Driving a 3.5T vehicle.

We are looking for someone with:

- An out-going personality and good people skills.
- Experience of merchandising and interacting with customers in a retail environment (preferably with Pubs and/or Leisure venues - ideal but not essential)
- Ability to build relationships and provide top class customer service.
- A full UK driving licence
