About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at YMCA England & Wales. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in the success of our charity retail operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including merchandising, stock rotation, and customer service.
  • Maximise income for the shop through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Represent YMCA England & Wales in the local community, promoting our work and values.
  • Deputise for the Store Manager as needed, taking on additional responsibilities and leading the team.
  • Work collaboratively with paid staff and volunteers to achieve store goals and objectives.
