About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at YMCA England & Wales. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the store's success, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales assistants
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure that the store is merchandised to a high standard
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and implement plans to achieve sales targets

  • Previous experience in a retail management role
