We provide an amazing team of local Care Professionals to support the older generation within our communities to stay safe and independent within their own home. Our Care Professionals provide companionship, meal preparation, dementia support, help with personal hygiene routines, light housework and taking clients out to appointments and even having fun.

We are looking for people with kind,compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in** Lichfield **as a care professional.

You will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

It is person centred, companionship led care which gives our Care professionals enough time to stop and talk, to be a truly professional support worker and take pride in making a difference for our clients.
**Qualifications**
No experience is required, however we would welcome anyone with experience

We ask that you are Caring, compassionate with a friendly personality to join our team here at Lichfield

**This role does require a driver with the use of a car so that you can take Clients of senior years out to enjoy themselves.**
