About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Lichfield. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical services to help our clients maintain their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred, companionship-led care to our clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Support clients with their medication and personal care
  • Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching TV, or going for walks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

  • GCSE in history is not required, but a passion for learning and sharing experiences is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with clients
  • Reliability and respect for clients and colleagues
