Care Professional Lichfield

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Lichfield. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction and companionship
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Previous experience in care or a related field is not required, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£12.50, dependent on qualifications
- Up to £18.75 per hour for bank holidays
- Mileage expense paid every 2 weeks
