You’ll conceptualise and execute exceptional content-led, digital-first marketing campaigns, that blend brilliant storytelling with best practice visual design.

You’ll work across Sainsbury’s Bank and will support the Creative Lead to produce engaging creative design solutions for a wide and varied group of stakeholders.

You’ll combine artistic sensibilities with knowledge of design and production processes, to create work that is customer-focused, engaging, and impactful.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Leading and supporting the creation of best-in-class digital and omni-channel creative campaigns, with a real focus on visual design excellence, as part of our internal agency.
- Taking the lead in developing and managing the creation of digital and print campaign assets, with particular attention paid to creative motion output.
- Using customer insights and channel best practice to inform design decision making, by immersing yourself in our customer insight analytics, brand strategies and customer strategies.
- Contributing to our design culture by engaging with industry design standards and using design thinking to solve problems.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to understand the overall objectives of the brief & to understand parameters.
- Creating design concepts and understanding brand assets to ensure they adhere to our brand guidelines.
- Working hand-in-glove with Copywriters, you’ll seek to influence changes in audience behaviour through ideas, creativity, and the use of media.
- Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects, producing best practice effective designs in all media, across all channels.
- Supporting the Creative Services Lead with resource planning by estimating the time, and skill set required to complete each campaign.

**What you need to know and show**
- Fluent in Adobe design software including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and Figma.
- Expert understanding of multimedia design. You’ll have experience building files for both print and digital.
- Ability to integrate technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
- Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense.
- Ability to communicate with a varied audience and distinguish between a central, core idea and the executional possibilities it can bring.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions, while keeping attention to detail.
- Comfortable presenting creative concepts to a wide variety of stakeholder, with excellent design rationale. You’ll also be comfortable delivering design critique.
