Key tasks will include but will not be limited to:

- Reporting to the Finance Support Manager, you will provide administrative support in the delivery of a high quality finance service. A key part of the finance function is the ordering and receipting of goods and services as well as processing invoices.
- Responsibilities will range from raising requisitions, approvals, raising Purchase Orders, receipting goods and the input of invoices.
- Ensure all work is completed with a high level of attention to detail.

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

- Experience working in a financial administrative role that requires attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a role that requires multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Competent use of accounting software packages such as SAGE, ORACLE, eFinancials or similar
- HND / HNC level equivalent or experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision individually or part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of Financial systems and processes.
- IT - Microsoft office competency
