Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The workload varies and is performed to the highest standards and to strict deadlines.

**Duties include**:

- Retrieving and issuing customer statements from online system.
- Posting Bacs receipts and requesting remittance advices.
- Manage daily mailbox activities, prioritising responses to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Notifying the client of changes to customer account details to allow update in their systems.
- Various other administrative duties as required.
- Other duties as specified by the Senior Leadership Team.

- Previous experience in an Office Admin environment.
- Ability to work to deadlines and produce high quality work.
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload.
- Accurate and methodical approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent IT and numeracy skills.
- A flexible, positive approach to work.
